Hoi An cycling to Ho Chi Minh city to the beautiful countryside. The people of Vietnam were extremely friendly, welcoming, and gracious. You certainly have to be in shape to do this trip, but by no degree was it too extreme for the average cyclist.  Hai Van pass, Hoi an ancient town, My Lai massacre, Quy Nhon royal beach and Nhatrang world beautiful coastal city.

Day 1: Hoi An – Quang Ngai – Qui Nhon (70+km cycling)( L,D)
7:30 Am depart Hoi An early morning and transfer to Quang Ngai. Unload bikes for a leisurely ride to Qui Nhon, capital city of Binh Dinh Province, once an US-held port and supply center during the War, and refuge for thousands fleeing heavy bombing of the countryside. Travel by bus and bike as the scenic highway follows the coast southward. Transfer to hotel on arrival for overnight in Qui Nhon.

Day 2 : Qui Nhon – Nha Trang (70+km cycling)(B,L)
Today’s ride is along on a unique little road that follows the Reunification Express Railway. Again we transfer out of town to avoid the main highway and start riding along a remote but well-maintained road running alongside the tracks. En route, stop at Dai Lanh Beach for refreshments and a dip in the sea before continuing to the overnight.

Day 3 : Nha Trang (B,L)
Following breakfast, we drive to Nha Trang Pier for an authentic seacoast experience on a morning sahring boat trip, first to the wondrous aquarium and then to Hon Mun Island, lunch on boat  . Afternoon free for beach swimming . Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 4: Nha Trang – Da Lat (90+km cycling)(B,L)
Depart early, drive a short leg south to Cam Ranh (two hours). From here, pick up a remote mountain road and cycle up into the central highlands to Dalat. (Route 27b). Hundreds of original European-style villas and chalets hearken the town’s colonial past. Overnight in Dalat.

Day 5 : Dalat – Ho Chi Minh City (40+km cycling)(B,L)
After breakfast we say goodbye to Dalat and transfer to Ho Chi Minh City (7 hours). Residents still call this city Saigon, Vietnam’s heart, commercially, spiritually, and culturally, the soul of the country. It is the premier shopping district for city insiders in the know. Check in hotel . Say goodbye your guide and driver. Overnight in Saigon. End of services.
